Public website and MCP connector

Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026. These terms cover the public Poisar website and its read-only connector.

1. Scope and contact

These terms cover the public Poisar website at https://poisar.com and the public Poisar MCP connector at https://poisar.com/api/mcp. In these terms, “Poisar,” “we,” and “us” refer to Andrew Koski operating Poisar. Contact: andrew@poisar.com. These terms do not grant access to authenticated accounts, broker integrations, or order execution. Any additional terms presented for a separate service apply to that service.

2. Using the service

You may use the public website and connector for lawful personal or business research, including through an AI assistant you choose. You are responsible for your requests and how you use the results. Do not disrupt the service, evade rate limits or access controls, probe other users' accounts without permission, introduce malicious content, or misrepresent your relationship with Poisar. Security research requires authorization for the systems and activities involved.

3. What the public connector provides

The public connector provides a site overview, published access boundaries, and links to canonical documentation. It requires no account or API key. It cannot read portfolios, private account information, broker state, or market feeds, and it cannot place, approve, modify, or cancel trades. A connector listing or connection to an AI assistant does not expand these capabilities or grant access to protected routes.

4. Financial information and independent decisions

Public website content is provided for general information and research. It is not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer to buy or sell an asset, or a guarantee of a result. Information can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Verify information independently before relying on it. Investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses remain your responsibility. The public MCP connector's discovery metadata is not a trading signal or recommendation.

5. AI assistants and third-party services

The AI assistant, MCP client, broker, or other third-party service you use is provided under that provider's terms and privacy practices. An assistant may summarize, omit, or misinterpret information. Check the original Poisar response and linked sources. We do not control a third party's output or availability. Do not send credentials, private keys, financial account numbers, or confidential information to the public connector.

6. Content and permitted reuse

Poisar and its licensors retain their rights in their respective software, branding, and content. You may retrieve public connector responses and quote or summarize public information with accurate attribution and source links. This permission does not grant rights to redistribute licensed third-party feeds, copy protected material beyond applicable permissions, or imply Poisar endorsement. Respect the rights and licenses attached to linked sources.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://poisar.com/privacy describes information handling and available privacy choices. The public connector does not require an account, but requests pass through hosting, security, and rate-limiting systems. Do not interpret “public” or “no sign-in” as a promise that no technical request data is processed. Contact and privacy requests can be submitted at https://poisar.com/contact or to andrew@poisar.com.

8. Availability, changes, and access restrictions

We may change public content, maintain the service, limit abusive traffic, or withdraw a public feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility with every client. Where practical, material connector changes will be reflected in its published documentation. We may restrict access to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Poisar is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on public information, assistant-generated interpretations, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to waive.

10. Updates and questions

These terms take effect on November 1, 2026. Material updates will be identified on this page. Direct questions, corrections, or concerns to andrew@poisar.com.
