Policy

How privacy requests are handled

Last updated: May 14, 2026. This policy is intended as a U.S. consumer privacy notice. Rights and exceptions vary by state, so we apply the rights below where applicable and may ask for information needed to verify or complete a request.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including identifiers and contact details, account details, support messages, privacy request details, authenticated product settings, trading workflow preferences, and information you choose to connect through integrations. We also collect device, browser, cookie, log, security, and usage data needed to operate and protect the service, including Global Privacy Control signals when your browser sends them.

Sources of information

Information may come from you, your browser or device, service providers, security and hosting tools, payment or communication providers, and integrations you authorize. If you submit a privacy request through the website, we store the request details so the team can track deadlines, status, and resolution.

How we use information

Information is used to operate the product, authenticate users, maintain security, provide support, deliver requested and administrative communications, process integrations you configure, detect abuse, comply with legal obligations, improve the service, and document privacy-rights request handling.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers and processors that help us host, secure, monitor, email, support, and operate the service; to integrations you direct us to use; to professional advisors; and when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. We do not knowingly sell sensitive personal information or biometric data. If any advertising, analytics, or marketing activity qualifies as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under an applicable state law, you may opt out through the Privacy Choices page or a recognized browser opt-out signal.

Your privacy choices

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know whether we process personal information, access or receive a portable copy of personal information, delete personal information, correct inaccuracies, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit or withdraw consent for sensitive personal information, avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights, use an authorized agent, and appeal a denied request. You can exercise privacy rights through the Privacy Choices page, the contact form, or by emailing noreply@poisar.com. Website submitted privacy requests are tracked with request type, source, deadline, status, resolution notes, and marketing or advertising vendor action status when that follow-up is required.

Request timing, verification, and appeals

We confirm and respond to privacy requests within the time required by applicable law. Access, deletion, correction, portability, appeals, and other privacy-rights requests are tracked against a 45-calendar-day response window unless a shorter period applies or an extension is allowed. Do Not Sell or Share, targeted-advertising opt-outs, recognized Global Privacy Control signals, and sensitive information limitation requests are tracked for prompt handling. Marketing unsubscribe requests are processed as promptly as possible and no later than 10 business days where required. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason and provide appeal instructions when an appeal right applies.

Cookies, opt-out signals, and marketing

Essential cookies support login, security, session continuity, and preferences. Optional analytics, advertising, or email-platform activity, if enabled, is managed through the operational privacy queue when suppression or removal is required. We recognize browser Global Privacy Control signals where required and store the signal with website-submitted privacy requests.

Operational tracking

The privacy request queue records due dates, completion dates, response notes, internal notes, browser Global Privacy Control flags, and generic marketing or email-platform suppression/removal status so the team can verify deadline and resolution handling.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, preserve security, and document privacy request outcomes. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Contact

Privacy questions, rights requests, authorized-agent requests, and appeals can be submitted through the Privacy Choices page, by selecting Privacy Request on the contact form, or by emailing noreply@poisar.com. Please include enough information for us to understand and verify the request; do not send passwords, full financial account numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the contact form.
