Univest Securities completed a $2.0 million registered direct offering for Neo-Concept International Group Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: NCI), an apparel solution services provider. The offering included 2,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $1.00 per share to an institutional investor, with an option to purchase up to 200% additional shares within 60 days.

Neo-Concept International shares are trading lower after the company announced a registered direct offering of 250,000 shares and 1.75 million pre-funded warrants priced at $1.00 per share equivalent.
