Alkermes Posts Positive Data From Phase I ADHD Study on ALKS 7290
Alkermes announced positive top-line results from a phase I proof-of-concept study of ALKS 7290, an orexin 2 receptor agonist for ADHD treatment. The drug demonstrated dose-dependent, clinically meaningful improvements in ADHD symptoms with median AISRS score reductions of 14-19 points and was well tolerated with no serious adverse effects. Phase II studies are ongoing with data expected in 2027.
