The report models combined open pit and underground mining scenarios (Hybrid case) and includes a strategic partnership with Neo Performance Materials, which gains offtake rights on up to 60% of future production. This regulatory milestone enables the project to support preliminary economic assessment studies, addressing a critical gap in Western rare earth feedstock development.
