Sigma Lithium Extends Maturity of US$100 Million Senior Secured Debt to June 2027

Sigma Lithium Corporation has extended the maturity of its US$100 million senior secured debt facility with Synergy Capital by six months, moving the deadline from December 2026 to June 2027.

Sigma announced the FP2, the second generation of its compact, full-frame mirrorless camera. The FP2 features a 24.5MP partially stacked CMOS sensor, 6K OpenGate video recording, improved autofocus, 20 fps continuous shooting, and 14.1 stops of dynamic range. The camera maintains its compact design while adding a tilting LCD screen, 70GB internal storage, and 30% improved battery life. Sigma also released a new 50mm f/1.4 CL DG Contemporary lens for L-mount and Sony E-mount.

Shares of lithium-related companies are trading lower after reports suggesting that the EU and China have agreed to an EV import quota of 350,000 units annually, which investors may see as low and indicative of weaker lithium demand. Also, lithium carbonate prices on the Guangzhou Futures Exchange fell to a 10-month low.
