AtlasClear Holdings (ATCH) reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $20.1 million, up 85% year-over-year, with stock locate revenue surging to $6.8 million from $0.3 million. The company achieved positive GAAP net income of $2.0 million for the second consecutive year, doubled cash to $15.4 million, and improved stockholders' equity to $21.1 million. AtlasClear signed six new correspondent broker-dealer agreements and continues pursuing acquisitions of Commercial Bancorp of Wyoming, Ark Financial Services/Dawson James Securities, and an institutional digital asset business.
