Beta Bionics (Nasdaq: BBNX) announced a public offering of 7.65 million shares at $17.25 per share, along with pre-funded warrants, expected to raise $150 million in gross proceeds. The company plans to use the funds for commercialization of its Mint patch pump, manufacturing expansion, R&D, and clinical development. The offering is expected to close on September 17, 2026.
Tempest shares surged 49.6% on a Senlang CD7 CAR-T option deal, while several small-cap stocks posted sharp premarket gains and losses.
