IMC Rare Earths Ltd Announces Closing of Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares

IMC Rare Earths Ltd completed its IPO on NYSE American under ticker 'IMC' on July 29, 2026. Underwriters fully exercised their option to purchase 600,000 additional shares at $5.00 per share, generating $3 million in gross proceeds and bringing total IPO proceeds to $23 million. The company plans to use funds for exploration, development, licensing and permitting activities related to its Itarantim Project rare earth deposit in Brazil.
