Why Navitas Semiconductor Stock Is Up Today
Navitas Semiconductor announced its acquisition of Claros, a provider of energy management solutions for AI data centers, for up to $232.8 million. The deal is expected to more than double Navitas' addressable market to over $8 billion. Claros' technology enables compact power delivery systems that reduce response times, heat production, and operating costs for AI data centers by placing power solutions closer to chips.
