Fort Technology Inc. announced the grant of 102,857 restricted share units (RSUs) to officers and consultants under its shareholder-approved Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. The RSUs vest over time starting June 22, 2027, with half vesting on that date and the remainder vesting quarterly thereafter.
